BOOKER ELEMENTARY EXTERIOR PLAYGROUND SITE Description The project manager has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by McIntyre Elwell & Strammer General Contractors, Inc. for the Emma E.
